Actions to Fullfill the Love Tank

To improve relationships with people I love and love me, action/execution is the critical step after reading the book. Just as the cliche said: Learn a lot truth , still can't live the life better.

The golden principles I learned from the book: 5 Languages of Love are really simple , but often been ignored, just like the air. The thoughts of the book let us see it again.

I usually wait for some time after reading a book, then I pick it up again to review it through a contemplation. I find it works, the time will awake the essence. The essence are buried in my heart, then I just follow its guidance, step out and practice.

Below are what I have done to full fill the Love Tank,

1. Talk to my husband, we fond amazingly that our first love language both are "physical touching". We really enjoyed the discussion itself, as we dived freely into the deep place of each other's heart. I will try my best to let this kind of conversation happen again and again, not only this time.

2. Write to my husband: hugging me unknowingly means a lot to me which makes me feel great. Tell him how to do and what's my expectation specifically and clearly, which also make him feel that women are not that unpredictable. I'm trying stop let one kind of the human being, men, guess what's in women's heart.

3. Buy gifts. Even though his first language is not Gift, he still thrillingly discovered a "#1 DAD" ornament I put on his table. Plus: It's on a normal day.

4. Spend exclusive one hour with my elder son after his daycare time. It's our date. He can get 100% full attention from his mom. And he is also very excited to dig out one small GIFT from my purse specially prepared for this little foodie, one biscuit or one bottle of juice.

5. Teach my son an ancient poem, and let him recite it to his dear teacher as a lovely gift. Guide him to use many innovative ways to express his love to others.

I hope my thoughts and doings can inspire you more or less.

Just like a small cobblestone making a ripple on the pond's surface.
