2020.6.13 "Communicating as a Leader: Getting Out of Your Own Way" Part 2

We’re pleased to have Trudy Chapman of Adaptive Leadership with us again. She will move forward our insights from our last session where we learned about our Style Under Stress and how to navigate difficult conversations. In the June workshop, Trudy will check in on our homework from the April session (we were to practice using the first tool in the Conversation Tool Kit: the Four Questions, when we move into difficult conversations and see how that worked for us), and then we will explore the issue of Feedback – Giving, Receiving and Inviting. This will require us to continue to use our understanding of our individual style under stress and the tools outlined in the Conversation Tool Kit as we explore the concept and practice of feedback.
