First Retreat at Mont-Tremblant - Oct 2022

In early October, the first-ever ISC retreat was held at the picturistic Mont-Tremblant. 12 members joined the trip and spent 2 nights together at the cottage. During this short retreat, our members got a chance to get away from their ordinary roles, as parents, employees and/or housewives. It's the first time in many years for the majority to just be themselves and have fun. Gourmet food was cooked and savored, many games were played, and a variety of healing activities, such as yoga and meditation took place as well. This retreat was a great success and deeply appreciated by all members who were lucky to make it.
