We invite you to join another ISC workshop, this time exploring your leadership communications style when talk gets difficult. “Communicating as a Leader: Getting Out of Your Own Way” is our first workshop with Trudy Chapman and Tanya Smith of Adaptive Leadership. This initial workshop will help you understand how you get in your own way when conversation gets challenging. With this awareness in hand, you will then learn a few tips and tricks to help you navigate conversations more easily and with confidence, and stop getting in your own way.
