This month, ISC members gathered for a round table discussion focused on building resilience to tackle stress and burnout. The event commenced with a survey, revealing the unexpected finding that diverse personalities respond to stress in varying ways. Members shared their personal experiences and struggles and discussed potential solutions. Participants emphasized the importance of self-care, promoting mental well-being, and fostering supportive work environments. The discussion highlighted the collective responsibility to prioritize mental health and create a community that supports individuals in overcoming the challenges of stress and burnout.
